14+ Years Experience – As a former Executive Director of Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care buildings I wanted to do more to help my residents.  Companies have specific “boxes” they would like both residents and employees to “fit in” to.   Although I could understand the business decisions that formed those boxes, I knew there could be a better way.  In those roles I had to tell good people and good families that we could not help them.  That was always so challenging for me as I could only accept or keep those residents that met specific criteria.  My belief has always been: that we can all win if we work together as families, professionals, caregivers and residents.  Now as a Senior Living Advisor I am blessed to tell families… YES, no more boxes!  I get to help these sweet people find the best possible option for both they and their loved ones.  Thank you Lord!
